If you look at the race calendar for the year already proposed Ian there is a massive amount of racing .12hr April Qld  June SA Enduros , July Bull Ring , August VIC Slotfest, September Vic Scaleauto Championship, November APC Qld , December Hornsby Enduro. I hosted the MCN last year and my event is what I have replaced it with . I can’t see we’re or how it would happen ? At the top of the Forum in top right corner is a calendar that Garry and Kim have set up . Click on it and it shows events .

Cheers Pagey

We have reached saturation point re this years big races... there is a limit to how many events racers can afford the time or finances to attend... Two or three "away from home" is the limit for most.. and the trouble is we have 4 states  that are pretty active and all warrant racers support... so, how do you short list the list of races you can attend?  Well for me all it gets down to the cars and convenience of location.

I remember attending a couple of MCN in Adelaide a few years back and deciding never to come back again.. The cost of flights, a hire car, expensive accommodation, and a multitude of classes ranging from 1/32 plastic cars to 1/24th Hardbody all on the same weekend was all just a bit too much. I'm really pleased Pagey's Bullring event this year is pure 1/24th and does'nt have the MCN tag.... gives more time for practise, car sorting, socialising and is catering for cars I like to race. .. so I'll be attending.

It is always a great event at the Bull Ring. Glen and family put on a great event and make feel at home. If any one that has not been there you should go you won't be disappointed.
