Time to update to the new body, one of my favourite liveries, and Larko is a mate of my brothers, so it was a easy choice.

im having a real pain of a time trying to do the wheel arches as there is no divined line to follow.

Looking good Brett , that livery will look great on the new body , look forward to seeing her finished .

Didn't really have those issues with the new Holden body :P however I did use a 1/18th model I have for reference where the lines weren't so defined .
I found it easier to mark both left hand wheel arches , then cut out with curved scissors trying to keep cut-outs in one piece . I then use cut out pieces as
a template for the right hand side , giving more symmetrical shapes .

Front end/splitter looks particularly well detailed Benno, as does the interior.

Thanks for sharing.

All art requires a canvas ..... All i did was plonk some colours on top of that canvas !!!

Appreciate the kind words & the advice along the way Cam

Here's one just for you Pagey.

not anywhere as nicely detailed as any of the cars already posted above, but I'm at the stage where I've got no chance of doing anything as nice as either Yours, or Bens, so I don't even bother.

its a race car, and a holden, had a real hard time finding either a team, or driver I could stomach, but miracles do happen. ;)

I don’t no why you keep selling your self short Brett . Your cars look great . Love your efforts and Mommo liveries. Thanks for sharing them and I have no doubt that they will be quick . Glad to see you in the red overalls for a change mate . 👍🏻😂😂

Thanks mate!

Its all good, my cars do look great..........from a distance, and I'm trying to get away from the MOMO, but it's easy. ;)

It it had a quick shake down last night, and it's nice out of the box, but couldn't get into it properly because of the erratic traffic on track.

the livery is actually a tuning aid, it's a safety car, no passing while the safety car is on the track! ;)

still struggling with the wheel arches on the Falcon, but it will be done in time for Hornsby.

there's a funny smell in these overalls!! :)

Here is one i have done for a fellow racer at home.

He had 3 requirements :

1. Didnt want it to be a race livery ( ie HRT,FPR etc as he doesnt follow motor racing )

2. Ned Kelly themed if possible, which i was on my way to doing until i mentioned the Eureka Stockade ( quickly learnt that this may not be ideal given certain events surrounding it  )

3. Parramatta EELS - he is a loud & proud Eels fan & asked if anything could be done with that.

So, i know its a yogurt bowl or whatever its called , but i tried to keep it clean & tidy so it didnt look like someone had vomitted on the car ( although some may beg to differ given the team the livery has been designed around xD

So ..... I have knocked over this group build for a bunch of locals in Bendigo. They have a the old Flat Black track from Mobile Raceways ( from what I’m lead to believe ). I have told them about here and hopefully soon they will join us.

Really look forward to these guys starting to race these at club level and perhaps join us at the national events level !!

Really enjoyed this build, it certainly kept me busy over the last month or so

Hi Benno,

The BOC Jason Richards car is mine, we received them last Tuesday night and a few of us had our first run.

They look great and run great, this is my first 1/24 car and I couldn't be happier. I'm a 1/32 digital racer at home and these 1/24 Slotworx V8's have been a revelation, a new level of fun and a great realistic looking grid.

Congratulations on your quality work on the bodies and Cambers chassis'.👍 I've been eyeing off the 1/32 Slotworx kits for ages now, I'm going to have to get a few for home.

As for the Nationals, there's probably a few guys here that are up to it, I'm going to need a lot more practice though, but that's the fun of it I suppose.😎 Tuesday night's are about to get a lot better 😁
